Booking instructions - How to book

Step 1 - Please select the day and the class you would like to attend.  ie, Tuesday 16th May, 7.30am - Wake Up London.

Step 2 - If you are not yet registered please follow the instructions and register.  You can use email or register via facebook.  

Step 3 - Once logged in you will be able to book the session.  Chose from either a 'Drop In Session' or a 'HEX 10 Pack' where you can save.

Step 4 - Upon booking you will be asked to sign a 'Waiver' and complete a short 'Physical Activity Readiness' questionnaire.  Both are legal documents required before you workout.  We will also require your contact information.

 

important things to know

Once a class is full (12 spaces booked) customers wishing to attend will be added to a wait list.  

Customers on the waiting list are automatically added to the class once a spot becomes available.  When added to a class customers will be notified by email and have 3 hours to approve, after which the class will be offered to the next customer on the wait list. This system will operate for up to 12 hours before the class.  

Customers have until 6 hours before the class to cancel there booking.  Any cancellations after this deadline cannot be refunded.
