HIIT CLUB is a strength and conditioning HIIT class like no other. The class is split into two halves. The first half will see you working through a series of fast paced strength exercises, followed by short recovery periods. The second half of the class will see you performing a combination of boxing punches, leg kicks and knee slams. Again, you will be working at 100% of your maximum effort and each burst will be followed by a short rest period.
Working in this way will force your body to use more calories than it would if you were to exercise for the same time at a slow steady pace. What's more it will give your metabolic rate a serious kick, so that you continue to burn fat even whilst you sleep.
HIIT CLUB is the perfect post weekend body blitz.
Expect to sweat and move to a banging sound system under disco lights. This is a nightclub experience that you'll never forget.
WHEN AND WHERE?
The classes run every Monday night at the Two Brewers, 114 Clapham High Street, London, SW4 7UJ. Kicking off at 6.10pm, 7pm and 7.50pm. Each session lasts for 45 minutes.
HOW TO BOOK
Click the link below and follow the instructions. Once you've registered you will be able to book onto a class. You'll get the choice to buy a 'drop in' one off session or a 10 pack where you can save.
All participants must book online before attending.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before kick off. There are toilet facilities to change and a cloak room where you can leave your belongings.
Please ensure you are wearing sensible workout gear and bring water!
