WAKE UP LONDON

Boost your metabolism and keep it burning throughout the day.  ‘Wake Up London’ is a boxing circuit class designed specifically for London professions.  Perform fast paced strength exercises interspersed with a combination of boxing, knee and leg kicks.  You'll leave the session feeling both mentally and physically strong.

HEX SUNDAY'S

Improve total body strength and body composition. The session includes a mixture of heavy lifting, boxing and a tasty tabata style workout to finish.
