The classes are designed to help postnatal women get the exercise and conditioning they need to become stronger, fitter and more confident post pregnancy. We know how hard it is to get to the gym or exercise with the little one needing constant attention. So we've designed this session to solve exactly that problem.
John Lewis White City classes are for up to 4 people max.

1. When you arrive at Westfield come to the main doors of the John Lewis store
2. Please then head up to the 3rd floor 'Discovery Room' located next door to the haberdashery department near to the 'Place to Eat'
3. Should you need them the baby changing facilities are also on the 3rd floor
4. Arrive in your workout gear, bring a small towel, a water bottle and your baby!
5. Training should commence no sooner that 8 weeks after birth and approx 12 weeks for those who have had C Section or birth complications.
