In order to rediscover your health and fitness, you need to create healthy habits, which will in turn ensure you lose the weight and eradicate the low energy, and at the same time help you build your fitness, strength and longevity.

The challenge is the conflicting information about what to do to get the results you want.  At HEX we keep it simple.

Our 6 Week Live Well Programme

The easiest way to get started is with the 6 Week Live Well Programme, that is designed to help you get the most from your training.

  • A one on one assessement to establish both short term and long term goals plus key performance indicators (weight, waist measurement, resting heart rate and blood pressure).
  • Nutrition guide to help ensure you're eating the right amount and of the right foods
  • Access to Small Group Classes with an expert coach of a maximum of 5 people
  • Access to attend everyday (we insist that you attend at least 3 times weekly in order to reap the rewards)
  • Half way 'check in' so we can spend some time with you to see how you're feeling after 3 weeks
  • Booking system app to plan your weekly routine
  • Programming app to record your workouts, log your daily mood and energy score and access home works should you wish

How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you.  We believe in delivering exceptional value, our prices range from £219.99 to £899.99 monthly.  Find out how we can help you and arrange a call now. 

 

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all.  All abilities are welcome.  We have people who have never been to a gym in their life, training next to people who have been members at HEX for years.  We are fiercely inclusive and there is zero judgement.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just you and your workout gear!  We have changing rooms and showers should you need.

I have a special dietary requirement - doesn that matter?

Not at all.  At HEX we do not precribe specific diets.  Rather we encourage a balanced diet of healthy nutritious food.  Whatever you need we will help.

How long are the training sessions?

All classes are between 45mins and 60mins.

What time are training sessions?

The timetable is full with between 8-10 classes per day.  We kick off at 6.30am and the final classes take place at 7.30pm.
