Our 6 Week Live Well Programme

The easiest way to get started is with the 6 Week Live Well Programme, that is designed to help you get the most from your training.

  • A one on one assessement to establish both short term and long term goals plus key performance indicators (weight, waist measurement, resting heart rate and blood pressure).
  • Nutrition guide to help ensure you're eating the right amount and of the right foods
  • Access to Small Group Classes with an expert coach of a maximum of 5 people
  • Access to attend everyday (we insist that you attend at least 3 times weekly in order to reap the rewards)
  • Half way 'check in' so we can spend some time with you to see how you're feeling after 3 weeks
  • Booking system app to plan your weekly routine
  • Programming app to record your workouts, log your daily mood and energy score and access home works should you wish

Personal Training at HEX

Everyone who signs up for personal training at HEX gets a bespoke programme according to their goals and needs.  We insist on no less than 2 sessions each week and will do everything we can to ensure you succeed.  Have a partner, friend or just fancy splitting the cost? Duo training is an incredibly dynamic option.  If you’re not keen on the larger groups but are interested in a more social way to train with more accountability.

Group Training at HEX

Group Training at HEX needs no introduction.  There are two options; LGPT and SGPT.  
 
LGPT stands for Large Group Personal Training and each class has a maximum of 10 participants.  This option is for anyone looking to take things a little more seriously. You’ll love the barbell, love learning new skills and be hungry for results.  You’ll spend most of your time in the Strength classes, love your weekly Olympic Lifting session and dip into the Xtra and Strong(wo)man classes to top up your week of training and add variety.

The LGPT membership gives you access everyday to all Strength, Olympic Lifting, Xtra , Strong(wom)man, Boxing and Mobility classes.

SGPT stands for Small Group Personal Training and each class has a maximum of 5 participants.  This option is for anyone looking for that extra care and attention, and is predominantly made up of men and women in their 50s, 60 and beyond.  You’ll spend most of your time in the Strength classes and potentially dip your toe into one of our Small Group Xtra classes (which are cardiovascular focused and designed to make you sweat!).
